1- How do I reserve my party rentals?
To reserve, just call us at (305)303-5870 and we will reserve your equipment and answer any questions that you may have.
2-How far in advance should I reserve my rentals?
Once you have chosen a date and know what you need, DO NOT hesitates, call us as soon as possible to reserve the equipment you need for your event. Most commonly 1 month notice is sufficient though it all depends on the demand for that day.
3-What is the price for my rentals delivery?
Our delivery costs are based on where we are delivering to. The delivery fee for party rentals, school carnivals, fun fairs, church festivals, company picnics, birthday party, or any special event rental includes delivery, set-up, and take-down. Contact us to see how much delivery would cost to your location.
4-What payment method can I use?
We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express credit. We accept only cash for any remaining balance is due at time of delivery.
5-Do you require a deposit to reserve rentals?
Yes, All reservations with Alpha Party Rental require a 30% Non-Refundable deposit in advance to secure a reservation. If a cancellation is made due to inclement weather, the deposit may be used for future bookings, but it will not be refunded. You will have one full calendar year to use the deposit.

7- What does All Day Rentals mean?
All Day Rental means that you have the right to keep the units for 4 hours, at most. If you wish to keep your bounce house, slide, tent, dunk tank, or other equipment for additional time, please contact us.
8-What is your cancellation policy?
In the event that your event must be cancel, Alpha Party Rental, requires that you give a 72 hours notice by phone ONLY with a live Representative who answers. Cancellations made prior to 72 hours are returned 90% of the deposit previously paid and those cancellations made after 72 hours are not eligible for a full deposit refund. Instead the deposit funds can be used towards a future booking with Alpha Party Rentals. You will have one full calendar year to use the deposit.
9-Do you charge tax?
Yes. We are required by law to charge FL sales tax for all rentals.
10-What is your weather policy?
If the local weather is calling for rain or winds of 25 mph or more on your reserved day a Alpha Party Rentals representative will call you. At that time it will be determined whether to cancel the rental. NO REFUNDS will be given after the bounce is set up. AlphaParty Rentals reserves the right to end any event early in case of unsafe conditions including but not limited to bad weather.
11-What if it starts to rain during the rental?
If the bounce unit gets wet everyone should exit the bounce and the blower unit unplugged. THE BOUNCE MUST NOT BE USED WHEN WET or WHEN WINDS ARE 25 MPH OR MORE. The bounce unit becomes very slippery and dangerous, Once the rain stops you can dry the unit with your towels. Once dry the bounce should be once again safe to use.
12-When should I have my lawn cut before my party?
Make sure you DO NOT cut your grass the day of your tent install. The green sap that is left on the surface of your lawn will stain our equipment as we have to lay most of it on the ground during our install. Another reason would be is that we wouldn’t want your landscaper or yourself to interfere with the installation of your party. It is always best to leave your grass a little long. Grass wears better when it is longer. If your party were on a Saturday you would want your lawn to be mowed no later than Wednesday. Cutting your lawn after the tent has been installed can be extremely difficult with all the poles and stakes in the way
13- What happens if items are damaged or lost?
Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from time of receipt until time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather at all times. The customer will be charged the replacement cost for damaged or missing items.

15- Can I have an inflatable at a park?
You must call that park in advance to let them know that you would like to have an inflatable there. Many parks require a permit to have an inflatable set up and can take as many as 10 days to process. If a 110v outlet is not available, such as at a park, we can provide a power generator for an additional charge.
Rental Agreements
Each customer is asked to sign a rental agreement including the release of liability at the time the inflatable is set up.
